I don't get to eat it often, but it's my favorite, so I try to save for it. I love the sauce they put on it, I wish I know what it was called. I also like Hot and Sour soup. I want to try uni sushi, but they're always out of it when I have the money to try it. I also saw "Whisper of the Heart" for the first time.

wow you'r so lucky you even have access to this kind of food. The only time i get to eat tradtional Japanese food is when my japanese friends make it for me. My friend Beki Yoshikane's dad makes some fucking great yaki soba...(damn.... now im hungry!) lol. Have you ever had Aki sticks?

No, I've never had that. You're really the lucky one.

The traditional Japanese food I eat at traditional Japanese food restaurants isn't really traditional Japanese food, but Americanized Japanese food that has been prepared to suit a western tongue.

I wish I had friends that are natural Japanese cooks. The closest is my friend that has a Korean Stepmother. I could eat a pound of her rice.
