RIP Billy Mays

His distinctive beard and loud sales pitches made him a recognizable television presence"

His show Pitchmen, where he and Anthony Sullivan helped inventers recognize their dreams, including Billy's father; that was one of my favorite shows. It was funny, and you saw people who dedicated their lives to an idea, and they've lost so much, they finally win on the show. Some of his famous lines "Billy Mays here with Oxiclean!!!" and "Billy Mays here with Mighty Putty!!!!!!" (He was a loud guy).

The saddest part is that he was a loyal son, a loving husband, and a hero for his son. Just thinking about how his family looked at him. It brings tears to my eyes.

Plus he died at the same age as Micheal Jackson, and less than a week afterwards. I know Micheal had problems, but most of them came from his father robbing him of his childhood. The saddest part is the family Billy left behind. I don't know if you have ever seen the show Pitchmen, but Billy really gets his family involved. He was training his son to make up for time lost. He regretted that to get famous enough to bring his family along with him, he had to lose a lot of time with them. This means he will never realize his dream of spending more time with his family.

Have you seen Pitchmen? I feel so, I can't even discribe how bad I feel thinking of his family. That's how a family should be.

I know, but this is the one that hurts the most. He had the family I've always wanted. To think he lost all of that so fast, it's hard to type.

I heard he died from an injection of pethidine (Demerol), that was four times as much as the maximum he should have recieved.
